Herman den Blijker

Herman den Blijker is perhaps the most famous chef in the Netherlands. Den Blijker, known mainly for his television programmes 'Mijn tent is top' and 'Herrie in de Keuken', owns a multitude of restaurants.

Together with his business partner, David Crouwel, he has established De Engel (1993), Jachtclub Hillegersberg, Zeezout, Rosso, Las Palmas (2007) Hofstede Meerzigt (2007) and Herrie (2006). This year he will again try to outdo himself by giving shape to your culinary experience with Palazzo.

Together with his kitchen team, this culinary giant has composed a 4-course menu, whereby the focus is on high quality. The menu offers something for everyone, including fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. All tastes have been taken into account.

The dinner is a set menu, but we will be happy to provide a vegetarian menu if you prefer not to eat meat or fish. Special dishes are also available for pregnant ladies or people with allergies. If you have any special requirements, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your visit.
